Just 10 minutes from Marrakech on the road to Amizmiz, Villa Palmita is located in a secure residence comprising six houses. Set in a 1,400 m² garden, this villa combines modernity and elegance with its five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi and petanque area. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains, with sun loungers, a four-poster bed and a pergola for al fresco dining.

Bedroom 3: Ground floor, 180 cm double bed, bathroom with shower, desk.
Bedroom 4: 1st floor, 3 beds (2 adjustable and 1 single), bathroom with 2 basins and shower, private balcony.
Bedroom 5: 1st floor, 180 cm double bed, bathroom with bath, private balcony.

Interior spaces

The ground floor features a large lounge with bay windows overlooking the pool and a kitchen open to the dining room. Leisure facilities include a pool table and table football. The interior spaces are modern, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Outdoor areas

With its 1,400 m², the garden offers a swimming pool (12m x 4.5m, depth 1.6m) which can be heated on request, a jacuzzi, and a petanque court. The terrace enjoys views of the Atlas Mountains and includes a four-poster bed for relaxing moments.

Staff and services

Daily breakfast and maid service are included. The cook offers Moroccan meals (lunch and/or dinner) at an additional cost: from €20/adult.
